Why is the elevator out of order?
Solucore consulting is conducting a condition survey for the proposes of establishing the scope of work for upcoming modernizations.
How does this impact occupants?
Elevators will be inspected one at a time for a period of less 30 minutes, sometimes requiring the car to be out of service, but some elevator service will be maintained throughout the day.
What is being done?
We are performing a condition survey on the elevator. We anticipate that the survey will be completed, and the elevator will be back in working order on the same day
The work will be done as part of the R.I.S.E. Deferred Maintenance Program.
