How scheduling works
- First‑come, first‑served: With 1,500+ labs on St. George campus, it typically takes 1–2 weeks to schedule a direct chemical pickup from one location — please plan ahead.
- Request service: Contact the Environmental Protection Services team.
- Prepare your waste correctly: Follow the Chemical waste separation, packaging and labelling steps so your pickup can proceed without delays.
Biological waste — weekly pickup schedule
- Find your building’s biological waste pickup day.
- Follow the Biological waste separation, treatment, packaging and labelling procedure.
Note: Some buildings operate on a call‑in basis — in these cases, contact the Environmental Protection Services team to schedule a pickup.
