Sandi leads the Property Management, Fire Prevention and Elevator Services teams. She oversees the strategic and operational management of the university’s property portfolio, ensuring that our campus spaces support U of T’s academic mission, sustainability objectives and long-term resilience.
Sandi has a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and property management, with a strong track record of guiding organizations toward their environmental, social and governance goals. Before joining F&S, she held senior positions in the private sector, most notably as vice president, property management with Triovest Realty Advisors, where she led national tenant experience programs, capital planning strategies and operational initiatives across complex portfolios.
In addition to a bachelor of arts from Concordia University, Sandi holds a facility management designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
