What is being done?
As part of the University of Toronto’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint associated with University operations, Facilities & Services is performing infrastructure upgrades to reduce energy use and emissions.
PIVOT is connecting to the Landmark Geo-exchange system, which involves the delivery of new chillers to the space.

How will it impact building occupants?
- Access to the Landmark Parking Garage and Gerstein Loading Dock will be restricted.
- Traffic control and a flag person will be on site to direct traffic as needed.
- Partial blockage of pedestrian walkways outside the Landmark Parking Garage.
- Alternate pedestrian routes are accessible.
- Signage will be posted and flag persons will be available to redirect traffic.
