What is being done?

The contractor PIVOT will need access to the ceiling above the indicated lab bench for 2 hours, to install a new drain. This work is part of project Leap, P999-22-004.

How will it impact building occupants?

  • Access to the affected area will be limited during the install.
  • The lab bench will be tarped to protect against dust and the area will be cleaned after work is complete.
  • All work will be completed by 8:00 AM on the indicated dates.
  • There will be no shutdown to the building systems or services to facilitate this work.
  • Please expect minor construction noises caused from drilling.
