Vacuums and Carpet Care

All vacuums meet or exceed Carpet and Rug Institute requirements for efficiency.  Vacuums have a noise level of less than 70 dBA.  HEPA or high-filtration systems adequately contain particulate matter and maintain indoor air quality.  Vacuums are inspected regularly and bags are changed in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications or when  three quarters full.

Advanced notice of carpet extraction is given to building occupants and activity occurs when occupancy is at a minimum.  Our staff is trained to conserve water and low-water carpet extractors are used when possible.  For the most part our process ensures carpets are dry by the time occupants arrive for the day.
