Notice of monthly fire alarm testing

What is being done and why?

Technicians from Eurotech Safety will be on-site to test the fire alarm system per the Ontario Fire Code.

How will it impact building occupants?

  • During the testing, the alarm bells and/or strobe lights will be activated for brief periods (less than five minutes).
  • To minimize disruption, the alarm bells will be tested between 10am-4pm.
  • Testing of the building's voice communication system may occur.
  • All fire alarm systems will be reset upon completion of the test.
