Notice of hoarding and temporary bypass

What is being done?

Urbacon is setting up hoarding on Level 2, Corridor 238K. This work is part of P073-20-026: Lash Miller Expansion.

How will it impact building occupants?

  • Urbacon will have personnel on site.
  • Dust will be controlled, and floors will be vacuumed and wet mopped after the shift to prevent dust from traveling to nearby dust-sensitive areas.
  • Access to the affected area will be limited or restricted for safety. Occupants will have a path of travel in corridor 238K and will still have access to the washrooms.
  • Flag people or traffic controllers will be on site to direct traffic as needed.
  • Rerouting signage will be available.
  • A temporary pedestrian path will redirect traffic flow.
  • Once the work has been completed, the hoarding will be removed.
  • This work will be low to medium noise level.
