Notice of hoarding and temporary bypass

What is being done?

URBACON is setting up a hoarding so that a temporary bypass can be installed. This work is part of P132-18-156: Innis College Addition.

How will it impact building occupants?

  • URBACON will have personnel on site.
  • Access to the affected area will be limited or restricted for safety.
  • Flag people or traffic controllers will be on site to direct traffic as needed.
  • Rerouting signage will be available.
  • A temporary road will serve as an alternate fire route.
  • Toronto Fire Services has reviewed and accepted this proposal.
  • A temporary pedestrian path will redirect traffic flow.
  • Once the work has been completed, the hoarding will be removed.
