Cancellation Policy

When you need to cancel/postpone a job you’ve booked with us you can do so provided that we receive at least 24 hours notice.  We understand that sometimes even with the best of intentions the best laid plans go awry.

To schedule your order we call in appropriate numbers of employees and commit our vehicles and equipment for your job. We ask you to please understand that if you cancel or postpone your order less than 24 hours before you will be charged 1 hour per scheduled employee of the Charge-Out Rate for the Moving Services.
