Property management

Most buildings on the St. George campus have a designated property manager. We are your first point of contact for all building maintenance and operations. We manage general maintenance and minor renovations projects for our clients to ensure campus buildings are kept in a state of good repair. We work with our broader Facilities & Services team and will involve them in projects and initiatives when we need specialized knowledge or expertise.

Daily operations

  • Client support and guidance for all queries
  • Process service requests
  • Regular building inspections and scheduled work (for example, window washing and pest control)

Critical events and emergencies

  • Respond to critical events (for example, fires, floods and freezing) 
  • Restore services

Special services

  • Project management for minor renovations of existing space use
    • Support with scope development
    • Procure general contractors

Rates

Regular services are provided at no extra cost to you. When you request special services, they will be billed to you at 3.5% of the total cost of the project work.
